Real PWS sites do have a uniform visual design. From this perspective, Real PWS may be miscategorized as a provider of template sites. Template sites are predefined both in visual design and content. Visual design is merely an aspect already taken care of, requiring no expertise on your part. If your Real PWS site were a template site, most if not all of the content would be provided. You would also have little control over replacing the providers content with your own.
The Real PWS JumpStart process may sound like a template but it truly isn't. Only example content and navigation are copied to your account upon selecting a focus. These tools assist in getting started rather than requiring that you design your site from scratch. JumpStart is optional with the most basic selection being a sample home page.
